I collaborated closely with the Owner on the design, construction and delivery of a new 2000+ sqft gallery space in Chelsea, New York.

The design proposal inserts three mobile/modular Walls that manoeuvre in support of and adapt to a diversity—at times, transgression—of medium, program and practice. the Walls also serve as additional storage within the context of a gallery with evolving inventory.

I developed drawings from concept to construction documentation, and coordinated a team of contractors in the on-site fabrication process. this purview included the creation and maintenance of a project manager dashboard and punch-list that tracked schedule, material and resources, cost, risk and dependencies.
